Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Refund of Rental Deposit, the applicant has to approach National Environment Agency’s Hawker Centre Group link
2. The applicant has to download and complete the application form given in the following application form
3. The applicant has to complete all necessary details in the application form.
4. Make sure the applicant has all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $12 for each application.
7. Submit the application form to National Environment Agency’s Hawker Centre Division (contact details of the office was given in “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page).
8. The authority will review the application and contact the applicant via email or SMS.
9. The processing time of the application takes up to 4 to 6 weeks.

Note:
Any outstanding amount owing and due to NEA will be deducted from the deposit. The balance will be refunded to you directly into the bank account of your choice
