Procedure

Apply Online

1. To obtain Endorse Pet (Dog) Health Certificate through AVA the applicant has to make the application in GoBusiness licensing portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant needs to login with their Singpass Id number and password

   Note: If you don’t not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to provide the general information and application details.
4. Make sure the applicant has to upload the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. For Manually Endorsed Certificates the applicant needs to first bring your pet to a veterinary clinic for health examination and for your veterinarian o endorse the template health certificate of destination country.
6. The certificate would be issued the next working day from complete submission of supporting documents.
7. After successful submission the applicant has to pay the certificate Fee of $23 via credit or debit card.
8. The applicant can download the certificate upon successful payment.
