1. To Apply Employment Pass (For Sponsorship cases), the applicant has to approach Ministry of Manpower Link
2. The applicant can download the application form from the following Link
3. Read through the instruction carefully and fill the applicant form correctly, please verify that all the information is correct (Incomplete application form will be rejected)
4. The applicant has to attach the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Print out the application form and get it signed by all parties.
6. After completing the application form the applicant has to pay the application fee of $ 105 electronically.
7. The authority starts processing the application only after receiving the payment.
8. The applicant has to upload the application form and other supporting documents via the following Link
9. After submitting the application form, It takes around 8 weeks to process the application. The applicant can Visit the following Link to check the application status.
10. The outcome of the application will be mailed to the company.

Note: To submit the application form the applicant’s organisation needs a CorpPass. Register for CorpPass at Link if the applicant doesn’t have one.

• Fee payment receipt
• Personal particulars page of the foreign employee’s travel document. If there are any amendments to the particulars (e.g. name or expiry date), please include the pages confirming them
• Foreign employee’s educational certificate.
• Overseas employer’s certificate of business registration showing the company’s registered name and date of registration
• (If the sponsor company is a food establishment) Food shop licence issued by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
• Registration or support letters from the respective agencies
