Apply In Person

1. To Convert or Equate Foreign (Overseas) Education Certificate, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Education link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in application form.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies along with the application form.
6. Submit the application form along with the required documents to the respective authority.
7. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
8. Upon the successful registration, the certificate will be issued within 5days.
