Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To get Certified True Copy of Police Report (CTC), the applicant has to approach the Singapore Police Force contact link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
3. Applicants must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the authority.
7. The fee for this has to be paid as per the authority's request.
8. After the approval of the application, the authority will issue the certified true copy of the police report (CTC) within the stipulated period of time.

Apply Online

1. To apply online, the applicant must navigate to Singapore Police Website contact link
2. Click on the E-Services menu and click on certified true copy of police report link
3. The users must click on the login tab which will navigate you to the login page where you will fill in your details and also, the users can log in through the personal reference number.
4. After login, the applicant is asked to fill in their particulars like
   • Applicant's Particulars (Title, Full Name, NRIC)
   • Contact Number (e.g. mobile/ residence/ any other local number)
   • valid Email Address
   • Report/IP Number (for Land Division’s application)
   • Date of Accident/Violation (for Traffic Police’s application)
   • Incident Details (e.g. nature of offense, date and time of the incident)
5. After filling the details click on “submit” and complete the payment.
6. The estimated time to compete the process is 15-30 minutes.
