Apply In Person

1. To Cancel Pet License (Dog License), the applicant has to approach Animal & Veterinary Service in Singapore contact link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant has to fill the details in the applicant form.
4. Make sure that the applicant should have the required documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with the required documents to the respective authority.
6. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
7. Once the process gets over, the applicant can get the license from the respective office within the stipulated processing period of time.
