Apply In Person

1. To Book Niche Slot, the applicant has to contact the Choa Chu Kang Cemetery Office link
2. Applicant can book through call or can visit the office.
3. The applicant has to get the form from the respective office.
4. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the form.
5. Make sure that the applicant has to attach the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Fee for this procedure is free of charge.
7. Submit the documents and completed form to the respective officer.
8. Once the process in done, the booking slot is fixed.

2. In the given link, applicant has to select the niche service application form.
3. The applicant has to give the read the rules, and continue to apply with “Login in with singpass” or “Login in with singpass”.
4. The applicant to login with their Singpass Id number and password

   Note:
   If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

5. The applicant has to upload the necessary information and submit the required document that are mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
7. After the successful submission the authority send out a letter reply to the applicant within a working days of receipt of the application.
8. Fee for this procedure is free of charge.
