Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Transfer of Stall Tenancy (Existing Stallholder), the applicant has to approach National Environment Agency’s Hawker Centre Group link
2. The applicant has to download and complete the application form given in the following link
3. The application form can also be obtained in-person from the respective officer.
4. The applicant has to complete all necessary details in the application form.
5. After filling the application form, make sure to attach all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $130.
7. Submit the application form to National Environment Agency’s Hawker Centre Group. contact details of the office were given in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
8. The authority will review the application and contact the applicant via email or SMS.
9. The processing time of the application takes up to 6-8 weeks.

Apply Online

1. To Apply for Transfer of Stall Tenancy (Existing Stallholder), the applicant has to make the application in the National Environment Agency e-service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant needs to log in with their Singpass Id number and password.

   Note: If the applicant does not have an account, they can register by clicking on register for singpass, and read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and conditions, and click on register now, and in the next page the applicant has to enter their personal information and submit. Then they will be issued the Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to necessary information and submits the required document that is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
5. Review the application, click the declaration and submit the application form.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $130.
7. The authority will review the application and contact the applicant via email or SMS.
8. The processing time of the application takes up to 6-8 weeks.

• Documents (such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificate, etc) to prove the relationship of proposed transferee and stallholder
• Documents (such as NRIC, Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificate, etc) of all persons named in Part D (applicable for transfer at subsidized rent)
• Income letters or latest CPF statement of proposed Transferee (applicable for transfer at subsidized rent)
