Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Personalised Employment Pass, the applicant can make the application via the following Link
  2. Applicant has to complete the application form as a softcopy to get the bill reference number.
  3. Take a print out the application form and get it signed.
  4. Pay the fee $105 fee for each application Link
  5. After completing, submit the form in the following link by using singpass login ID and password Link
    NOTE: If the applicant do not have a singpass account, use this following link to upload the form and document Link
  6. While upload, attach the following:
  7. Completed and signed application form
  8. Screenshot of banking page to confirming your payment
  9. Supporting documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  10. The processing time takes up to 8 weeks.
  11. The applicant can check the status through this Link
  12. The applicant has to use the link and click the “I agree” button.
  13. In given site, click the “Enquire” and click “Application/pass status”.
  14. Enter the “NRIC” or “New IC No” and enter “Name”.
  15. After this click the “Next” button.
  16. Once the process is completed, the applicant gets the mail to get the pass and its take about 6months.


NOTE:For non-English documents, the applicant must submit an English translation and a copy of the original document. The translation can be done by a translation service provider. The authority may ask for other documents when we review your application.

  • Personal particulars page of the applicant’s travel document. If there are any amendments to the particulars
  • (e.g. name or expiry date), please include the pages confirming them.
  • Applicant’s educational certificates
  • Employment contracts for the applicant’s new and previous employment (if any)
  • A saved copy of the completed application form.
  • Screenshot of the banking page and a copy of the applicant's travel document.
  • Applicant’s latest tax statement
  • Applicant’s payslips and bank account statements for the past 3 months

EligibilityEdit

  • The applicant should be an Employment Pass holder earning a minimum salary of S$12,000 monthly, and have earned a fixed annual salary of at least S$144,000 in the previous year.



FeesEdit

  • The applicant has to pay the application fee of $105 for each pass
  • The applicant has to pay $225 for each pass

  • The validity is for 2years.
