Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To apply for a passion card, the applicant has to approach the passion card community club in Singapore contact link
2. The applicant has to get the form from the office to get the passion card.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. After filling the application form, make sure to attach all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the completed form with the necessary documents to the respective officer.
6. Fee details are given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Upon successful verification, the applicant can collect the card from the office or via post.
8. The processing time for this processing procedure is 7 to 14 days.

Eligibility

• No age limit (for users below 15 years old who are ineligible for Sing pass, please contact your nearest CC)

Fees

• The fee of $12.00 for a Principal Card ($10.00 for those below 18 and 60 years old & above)

Validity

• The validity of the passion card is 5years.
