Apply In Person

1. To Apply Tuition Fee Loan, the applicant has to approach Ministry of Education link
2. Students in Singapore Management University (SMU) can approach the institution.
3. Students in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) or National University of Singapore (NUS) can approach DBS or OCBC.
4. All other students can approach DBS.

Apply In National University of Singapore

1. To Apply Tuition Fee Loan in National University of Singapore link
2. Applicant has to download the form from the following link
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
4. Make sure the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
5. The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
6. Fee payment mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Applicant can submit the application form and the documents to the respective office.
8. The authority will review the application form; upon successful completion the authority will issue the document by visiting the office.
9. The processing time takes for this procedure process is takes up to 1month.

Apply In DBS

1. To Apply Tuition Fee Loan in DBS link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
4. Make sure the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
5. The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
6. Applicant can submit the application form and the documents to the respective office.

Eligibility

• Students who are studying full-time in any of the polytechnics.
• Students who are studying full-time subsidised undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the autonomous universities.
• Singapore Citizen students who are studying part-time subsidised undergraduate programmes in the autonomous universities.

Fees

• The Tuition Fee Loan covers:
• Up to 75% of subsidised fees payable by polytechnic students.
• Up to 90% of the subsidised Singapore Citizen fees payable by university students.
• The loan is tenable for the entire course duration. It is interest-free during the course of study, with interest only commencing upon graduation. The maximum loan repayment period is up to 10 years for loans taken at polytechnic level, and up to 20 years for loans taken at the university level.

Explain the time until which the certificate/document is valid.
