1. To Apply Funding Support for Local Farms in Singapore, the applicant has to approach the Singapore Food Agency link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
5. The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
7. Applicant can submit the application form and the documents to the respective office.
8. The authority will review the application form; upon successful completion the authority will issue the document by visiting the office.
9. The processing time for this procedure takes up to 15days.

Need for the Document

• SFA provides strong support to the industry to adopt such innovative farming technologies and engage in R&D. An example of this is our $63 million Agriculture Productivity Fund (APF), which co-funds high tech, productive farming systems with better environmental control and to boost production capabilities and capacity.
• As of end March, $38 million has been committed from the APF to support 110 farms.
• The APF can also co-fund R&D and test-bedding of technologies.
