Procedure

1. Applicant will need to seek permission from Agency to add urn containing cremated human remains to any purchased government niche or any existing grave at Choa Chu Kang cemetery. Permission is required from the original applicant (OA) of the niche to perform this application. If you are not the OA, you are required to get the authorization of the OA before you can proceed further.
2. Applicant must have surrendered the niche from a government columbarium before adding a niche to another government columbarium.

1. To Apply Addition of Cremated Remains to Niche or Grave, the applicant has to make the application in National Environment Agency e- service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant has to login with their Singpass ID number and password.

Note:
If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

• The applicant has to fill all the necessary information in the application form.
• The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
• Review the application and submit the application form.
• Fee for this procedure is free.
• Once the application meets all the requirements the Application of Addition of Cremated Remains to Niche or Grave will be provided to the applicant and the applicant notified via Email or SMS.
