Procedure

• You should first lodge a request for land by filling in an application form which can be downloaded.
• Lands section then acknowledges your application and forward a copy of your application to the DA office.
• you will be called in for an interview by the DA office.
• Desk officer then updates your record in the database.
• If land is available, you will be informed through the DA office.
• If land is not available, you will be waitlisted until serviced plots become available.
• Desk officer receives recommendations from DA and reconcile with the master list.
• If you appear on the master list, then you can seek approval to develop your land.

• If you are applying for a land from the land bank, you should bring along the filled application form.
• And if you wish to apply for a plot of land from State land, you should submit an application letter.

Any person who is a citizen of Seychelles and employed may apply for a plot of land.
