Apply Online

1. To Apply for a Vape Shop License, the applicant has to make their application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Register Online” button.
3. The applicant has to enter the specific details that are asked and click the “OK, next” button.
4. After completing the premises details click the “Register” button.
5. Once the applicant has pressed Register, the applicant will receive an email to the inbox and the applicant will have to verify the email address.
6. Once verified, the applicant will be able to log in and edit the premises or add further premises on the My Account page.
7. Click the “My Account” from the option.
8. Now the applicant has to log in with the email ID and password and click the “Login” button.
9. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
10. Enter all the details in the application form.
11. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
12. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
13. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
14. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
15. All applications are processed within a reasonable time, having regard to the particular circumstances of each application, including the completeness of information and documents submitted to the authority by the applicant.
16. The authority may seek additional information from an applicant if this is necessary to assess the application. The authority does not need to deal further with an application until the applicant has provided this additional information.
17. Expect the vape shop to be inspected by local authorities to ensure it complies with safety, health, and regulatory standards. the applicant may need to make modifications to your shop based on their recommendations.
18. Once the application is reviewed, and the applicant meets all the requirements and standards, the applicant will receive approval for the vape shop license.
19. This entire process can be completed within 15 - 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
