Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority personally. For women, minors or people under the age of 21, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian, unless married.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fee in the authorized bank only.

• Original and copy of the valid national ID card
• Damaged passport
• 2 recent color photographs (4 x 6 cm in size and must have a white background)
• Original and copy of the family book (in case of women, minors or people under the age of 21)
