Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information. It must be signed and sealed by the government agency.
• Fingerprint enrollment is a must.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fees.

• 2 recent photographs (4 x 6 cm in size)
• Clear photocopy of employer's civil affairs (for individuals)
• Medical examination (by nationality)
  • African countries: Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Somalia, Djibouti, Nigeria, and the Sudan
  • Asian countries: Thailand, Nepal and Vietnam

Eligibility

Provide eligibility criteria's for going through this procedure.

Fees

• Issuance fee for each year paid in any authorized bank
  • For government agencies - S.R. 500
  • For household labour - S.R. 250
• Work permit fee - S.R. 100

Validity

Explain the time until which the certificate/document is valid.
