Procedure

1. To apply for a Saudi Arabia Work Permit or Visa the applicant has to contact the local embassies or consulates in their country who should be able to help in applying. 2. Application forms can be obtained from the appropriate embassy websites or at the embassy or consulates.
3. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page.
4. Appropriate application fees should be paid during the submission.

Required Documents

• Passport valid at least 6 months after your return and 2 blank pages.
• The Saudi Embassy visa application form completed dated and signed.
• 2 passport photos.
• A letter of invitation from the employer in Saudi Arabia. The invitation letter must be legalized by the local Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia. (Please note this letter is valid for one month only).
• A work permit issued by the Saudi Ministry of Labour, ask your Saudi employer for this document.
• A medical record including:
  • Certificate of BCG vaccination or certificate of non-contamination with tuberculosis.
  • Medical certificate of good health.
  • Blood test not older than 3 months on hepatitis C, C and HIV.
• Completed and signed Visa First order form.
• Copy of passports page details.
• Copy of the applicants most recent academic certificate.
• Police Clearance Certificate dated within three months of the current date.
• A name change document, if necessary
• A letter of No Objection. You will also need a letter of release from any former employers in Saudi Arabia.
• Certificate showing at least 2 years prior work experience in a similar/related field of work stamped from the Indian Chamber of Commerce. If the letter is from an overseas company, it should be stamped from the Saudi Arabian Embassy in that country.
