Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form(which can be downloaded below) with the complete information. It must be typewritten or computerized, and signed and stamped by the employer.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fee.

Required Documents

• Must have an entry visa issued by the Saudi embassy from the country of origin
• Valid passport
• 2 recent color photographs (4 x 6 cm in size)
• Work licence issued by the Labour Office (in case of expats working for a private sector)
• Photocopy of the employer's Civil Affairs ID (for individuals)
• Medical report from authorized hospital or clinic (in case of restaurant and kitchen labourer, chef, maid and private driver)

The fee for this service is S.A. 500 per year. Payment must be made at one of the authorized banks.
