Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information. It must be signed by the family guardian.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fee.

Required Documents

• Wife's passports and minor children to be added, with an entry visa issued by the Saudi embassy enabling children to stay with their guardian or formal document to add them
• 2 recent group photos (6 x 4 cm in size)
• Original residence permit of the family guardian to where children would be added
• Original and copy of the birth certificates (if minor children is born in Saudi Arabia)

• The fee for a separate residence permit is S.R. 500.
• The fee for adding a spouse or children is S.R. 2000.

• If the religion of the wife to be added is different from the religion of the husband, she should get a separate residence permit.
• If the wife to be added has been married in the Kingdom, her sponsorship must first be transferred to the husband after submitting a copy of the marriage contract and pay the prescribed fees, then she could be added to her husband's residence permit.
