- To apply for Youth Take Charge Program, the applicant can approach the Department of Canadian Heritage. Here is the contact Link
- The applicant will need to contact the department of Canadian Heritage to obtain the application form. Find contact details under the “Office location and contacts” section of this page.
- Fill out the application form with all the relevant details.
- The applicant will need to attach copies of all the required documents and find a list of documents in the application form.
- Submit the application form to the following email address [email protected]
- Once submitted, the application form will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
- The applicant does not need to pay fees.
- The applicant shall receive all communications and their results by email. It will take two weeks to process the application.

EligibilityEdit
- The organisation must be Canadian and non-for-profit.
- Or the organization must be a Canadian-registered charitable group.
- Or the organization must be an indigenous representative organisation.
- The organisation must have experience serving youth on a national or provincial/territorial scale.
- The organisation must have security and safety policies in place that show the nature and strength of experience in delivering youth programs.
