Apply In-Person:
- To apply for Residential Building Contractor License in person, the applicant has to visit the office of Building and Technical Standards.
- Address and contact details can be found in the following Contact link
- Visit the office and obtain an application form for Residential Building Contractor License as applicable from the relevant department.
- Make sure that all the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page are available.
- Complete the application as per convenience, attest it with signature and attach the required documents with the application form.
- Then, submit the application package to the relevant authority at the office.
- The applicant has to pay the required fees for the license through any of the available payment modes. Fees details can be obtained from the office.
- Upon receipt of the application and all the required information, the Department will proceed to review and assess the submitted information.
- On completion of the review, the office will inform the applicant through phone number or email to collect the License.
