- To Apply for Licensed Practical Nurse, the applicant has to make the application online via link
- The applicant has to click the “Apply/Login” button.
- If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Create an account” button.
- Enter the email address and create three security questions.
- The applicant has to click the “By clicking on "Accept" I confirm that I have understood and agreed to all of the terms and conditions listed above” followed by “Accept” button.
- The applicant has to enter the security code sent to your email address.
- Create a Password and click the “Submit” button.
- Now the applicant has to login with the email ID and password and click “Login” button.
- The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
- Enter all the details in the application form.
- And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
- Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
- Once NNAS receives and confirms your application and payment, you will receive a welcome email with your permanent NNAS ID number.
- The applicant will need this number to keep track of your application status and print all forms needed for your application.
- NNAS will inform you about the information and documents needed from you in order to complete your NNAS Advisory Report.
- This entire process can be completed within 15 – 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
