Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Certificate of Revival of Co-operatives in person, the applicant has to visit the Corporate Registry Office of Saskatchewan.

3. The applicant has to visit the office and obtain the application form for Certificate of Revival of Co-operatives from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page, are available.
5. Then, the applicant should complete the application form with required details and information under each section.
6. After completing, all the required documents should be attached with the completed form.

Eligibility

• Any Cooperative in Saskatchewan, that has been dissolved, is eligible for the Certificate.
• Any authorized person can act as an applicant and the applicant must have the Corporation number while applying.

Fees

• At Corporations Canada, the applicant has to pay 250 dollars for the process through any of the available payment modes.
