Procedure

1. To obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate, you would have to approach the Ministry Of Agriculture and Animal Resources.
2. Make sure you have the documents that are listed under Required Documents section of this page.
3. Following application form has to be completed and submitted along with the required documents : Application Forms, Ext Application

• Report from the laboratory analysis delivered by Inspection and Certification department
• Receipt of 200 Rwf paid from Rwanda Revenue Authority
