Procedure

1. License for Industries are provided by Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM). Address information related to office and other contact information are provided below.
2. You would have to submit all the relevant documents and the application in the reception of the address that is provided. Application forms can be obtained from the reception of the address information provided below.
3. MINICOM will be sending it's authorities to check the factory to make sure all standards are being followed.
4. If the authorities are satisfied with the factory and other setups of the factory the license will be provided. If there may be any additional improvement or changes has to be made, the authorities will let you know.
5. If there is no changes to be ,ade the license will be provided to you in 3 days time. If you didn't receive any information in 3 days time you can make a complain.

Required Documents

1. An application letter, addressed to the Minister of Trade and Industry.
2. A valid certificate of registration issued by the Registrar General of Companies (RDB).
3. An Environmental impact Assessment (EIA) certificate issued by RDB.
4. A standards approval Certificate issued by RB
5. A detailed Business plan of your industry
6. An occupation permit issued by the District where the concerned industry Is located.
