1. Fill in the application form in capital letters.
2. Submit application form along with all the required documents.
3. Pay the necessary fee.

• One recently taken clear coloured passport size photo with white background

Eligibility

• High Officials are eligible for diplomatic passports only when they travel on official duties.

Fees

Diplomatic Passport Fee of 50,000Rwf paid in RRA

Validity

Explain the time until which the certificate/document is valid.
e.g. Birth Certificate Valid Forever

High Officials should present their mission order at their first application and when they need to travel abroad again for official missions.

Need for the Document

Diplomatic passports are issued to high ranking officials in Rwanda or to those representing Rwanda abroad and others, as may be specified by the ministerial order.
