• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.

• 3 recent photographs size 3x4 cm 7 mm white tape based
• Original and copy of the documents that the applicant may, in the category of which, by law, it can be demonstrated surname and first name, date of birth, marital status, Romanian citizenship, address of residence
