Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fees.

Required Documents

• Original and copy of the birth certificate of the applicant
• Original and copy of the marriage certificate
• Original and copy of the Decision final and irrevocable divorce (if applicable)
• Original and copy of the Death certificate of husband / wife died / dead (if the surviving spouse)
• Original and copy of the birth certificates of children less than 14 years old
• Original and copy of the proof of residence
• Romanian passport (valid or expired) or
• Original and copy of the confirmation of acquiring Romanian citizenship issued by the Ministry of Justice or diplomatic missions and consular offices abroad, computerized passport required tab and tabs for affixing the visa and stamp border authorities
• ID and passport issued by foreign authorities, copies of passport are required computerized tab and tabs for application visas and stamps border authorities

Eligibility

• Representing the identity card receipt - 7 lei
• Stamp duty or receipt representing the judicial stamp - 5 lei
• CEC receipt of payment for restoration - 41 lei
