Procedure

To Transfer Property Ownership according to Registered Will the applicant must File a Probate and obtain succession certificate.

11. Once the authorities are satisfied with the documentation and verification process, they will issue a mutation order. This order officially transfers the property ownership in accordance with the registered will.
12. After receiving the mutation order, update the property records with the new owner's details. This ensures that the property ownership is officially reflected in the records maintained by the government authorities.
13. This entire process can be completed within 3 months or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
