Rajasthan - Online Obtain Life Certificate

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining a Life Certificate

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In this page, please enter your Email Id, captcha code and click “I Agree to Download” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to download the Jeevan Pramaan app on your PC or Mobile phone.

Step 4 : Now you can see the list of application files for downloading the Jeevan Pramaan app either on your PC or mobile phone. Choose the option which is suitable for you.

Through Mobile App:

Step 1 : After downloading the UMANG app, please register yourself by entering your mobile number in the text line and click on the checkbox after reading the terms and conditions. Then click “NEXT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 2 : In this page enter the OTP received in your registered mobile number and click “NEXT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 3 : Now you have to create the MPIN to access the Jeevan Pramaan app. Setting of MPIN is mandatory to continue using the app. Confirm your MPIN by entering it again and then click “NEXT” tab to proceed further.

Step 4 : If you are a registered user, then enter your registered mobile number and login with either the MPIN or an OTP and click “CONTINUE” tab to apply for the life certificate.

Step 5 : Now you will be taken to the home page of UMANG app where you can see all the services provided by the central government. To find the service quickly, please type as “Life certificate” on the search tab and click the search icon. Refer the below image where it is pointed out by an RED arrow.

Step 6 : After searching for the service, you will be provided with the results that matches your search keywords. Please select “Generate Life Certificate” option from the list. Refer the below image where it is pointed out by an RED arrow.

Step 7 : Now you will be taken to the page where you have to enter your Aadhaar/VID number and Mobile Number for authentication purpose. Please make sure that Biometric device is connected to your mobile to register your fingerprints and Iris pattern. After the process click “Generate OTP” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Please enter it on the respective place and click the appropriate button to submit it. Now follow the screen instructions to complete the process and apply for life certificate.
