Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. Applicant has to get the letter head for the firm and should get required document as per our page.
2. Applicant should go to the Deputy Director Agricultural Extension in the district to apply.

4. Please collect the appropriate application form as per officer’s advice or write on a A4 sheet.

6. Submit the completed application with required documents as mentioned in our required documents session.
7. After accepting the application, officials will advise the amount to be remitted as per the mode (treasury challan or as acceptable).
8. Applicant after remitting the mentioned amount, should provide the same to the department authority for processing.
9. Applicant will get receipt for the remitted fees. Please keep the receipt and acknowledgement safe for future reference.
10. This application will be processed by the respective department.
11. Applicant will get intimation for inspection of premises.
12. Authorities will inspect the business place and do their due diligence for the machine / other apparatus as mentioned in application by applicant.
13. Once all the process yields satisfactory result, Applicant gets intimation to collect the License.
14. On the said date, applicant can collect the license.

1. Applicant shall apply in person at the e-mitra centre.

4. Once applicant reach the respective kiosk, submit the completed application obtained from the centre or by downloading from online.
5. please follow authorities guidelines to complete the applying process.
6. Please pay as advised. You will get an acknowledgement for applying. Keep it safe for future reference.
7. Applicant gets notification from the department about the status.
8. Applicant can collect the license as notified.

2. Please select the “Application to obtain dealers license for seed (new)” link provided under name of services.
3. Use will reach a new page. Please click “login” menu provide at the top.
4. In the given page, applicant has to fill in the credentials and hit “login” button to login. If you are new user, then please use registration tab to register and then login.
5. Once login, user will get the page to update profile if required.
6. On the left part of the page, please select dashboard to get list of options.
7. Here select e-mitra tab to reach respective page to process online applying as per the page prompt.
8. User will get to complete the payment gateway as provided and have to save the acknowledgement for future reference.
9. This application will be processed by respective department.
10. Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
11. Applicant shall use the application number/id to track the application through online portal.
12. Please follow the page prompt to acquire the license as notified.

Eligibility

• Any person desiring to sell, stock or exhibit or distribute any seed is eligible to make an application to the licensing officer for the grant of a license.
• Advised balance on applicants account.

Fees

Rs.1,000/-

Validity

A license granted, shall be valid for the period specified therein, May be renewed from time to time for such period and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
