Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Apply for Library Membership Card, the applicant has to make their application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “APPLY FOR LIBRARY CARD”
3. The applicant has to enter all the details in the application form.
4. Finally, tick the “I agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out by the National Library of Australia”
5. If the applicant needs to deliver the card by post click the “POST IT” button.
6. If the applicant needs to pick up the card in person click the “PICK UP” button.
7. The applicant does need not to upload any of the documents.
8. There is no fee for a Library Membership Card.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. Upon completion of the process successfully, the applicant will receive the card as per the mode of selection.
11. This entire process can be completed within 5 – 10 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
