  1. To Apply for Health Care Facility License, the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to click the “Continue” button.
  3. Also, select the health care facilities and click the “Continue” button.
  4. Enter the operator details and click the “Continue” button.
  5. Enter the business details and click the “Continue” button.
  6. The applicant has to enter all the details in the form.
  7. upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  8. The fee details are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
  9. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
  10. After completing, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
  11. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  12. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  13. The health authorities will conduct an inspection and evaluation of the facility to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  14. If the facility meets all the necessary standards and requirements, the health authorities will approve the application and issue the health care facility license.
  15. This entire process can be completed within 15 - 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
