Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To submit periodic general statistics of employees, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (ADLSA) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: application form
4. Now fill out all required fields in the spreadsheets. After that, save the spreadsheet data on the computer and name it by the establishment ID number.
5. Submit the file to the registered Ministry’s email Address: [email protected] and mention the employee’s name and visa or residency expiry date in the mail.
6. Periodic general statistics of employees will be submitted successfully.
