Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To request to reconsider court ruling from public prosecution, applicant has to visit the Public Prosecution office.

3. Applicant has to visit the Public Prosecution office and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Public Prosecution office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

2. If you already have an Tawtheeq account, please login using the credentials or if you are a new user you need to click applicable option to create new account.
3. After successful login, please select “Service” menu and click on “Requests Related to Court Ruling” option then click on “Request Reconsideration” option.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “Send” button.
5. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
6. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

• Applicant shall submit a request online to the Public Prosecution to address the court to reconsider its ruling, in case there are updates in the case after the verdict is issued.
