Procedure

Establishments can submit a request online, on the Ministry of Interior (MOI) website, to issue travel notifications for visa holders recruited from their side, so that they could leave the State of Qatar for one time only.

Apply Online

1. The first step is to log in with your smartcard to the e-services portal of the Ministry of Interior (MOI) by clicking on the MOI Services tab and selection the E-services option.
2. If you do not have an account with the MOI e-portal, you have to register for the services using your smart card.
3. Once logged in, select “Leave Notification Services” Option on the dashboard then click on the “Travel Notification for Company Visas” link.
4. Enter the visa number for the persons you wish to issue travel notification for, in the “Persons Data” list, and click on “Add”, then “Next” button.
5. Select the exit permit type (Single Exit Permit) in the “Request Details” list.
6. Click on “Next” button, and then submit the application. This will cause the travel notification to be processed online.
7. Once done , you can print the notice form the e-service platform
8. This service is free of charge.

• Establishments in Qatar are eligible to submit a request to issue a travel notifications for visa holders, so that the visa holders could leave the State of Qatar for one time only.

Need for the Document

• This service enables establishments to request travel notifications for visa holders recruited from their side so that they could leave the State of Qatar for one time only.
• Sponsored individuals need a travel notification to be able to obtain an exit permit to travel outside Qatar.

Information which might help

• Travel notifications can be issued for a maximum of 10 visas in one time (i.e. in a single work session on the website).
• The option currently available, for the exit permit type, is “Single Exit Permit” only.
• The applicant may obtain a copy of the travel notification via his/her email address previously registered in the system, through entering it in its respective field.
• In case of inability to issue a travel notification for any visa, the reason will be mentioned.
• This service is also available on Metrash2 mobile app.
• You need a smart card to access the Metrash 2 mobile App
