Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To file human rights complaint, applicant has to visit the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) office.

3. Application form can be Printed from the below link: Application form. After visiting the website, complete the form with necessary information and take the print out.
4. Make a hard copy of the form and send it through fax: 0097444444013 or Email: [email protected]
5. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
6. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.
