Procedure

Apply Online

1. To create a work contract through the multilingual E-Contract system for companies through online, visit the following link: online portal

   Note: Link is temporarily not working

2. Click on “Login to Hukoomi” option at the top left of the page and login through the National Authentication System "Tawtheeq" using your Smart Card.
3. After successful login, please enter the required information and click on applicable button.
4. Now you will have to select the “New Contracts” options under the menu “Contracts”. A popup screen with two different new contract duration will appear.You will have to choose the contract duration which is applicable to you and click on “Next” button.
5. Please enter the required company data and click on “Next” button.
6. In the next page, enter the required employee data and click on “Next” button.
7. In the next page, please enter the contract date, date of starting work, travel destination (in Arabic), travel destination (in English) to the appropriate field. Then select the contract location in Arabic, contract location in English, contract duration, probation period, tickets eligibility from the dropdown menu and click on “Next” button.
8. In the next page, please enter the required salaries and allowances details and click on “Next” button.
9. You will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your account information. After reviewing your account information, tap on the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen.
10. Now download and print the application form and the authorized signatory and workers sign-on the printed form.
11. After complete entering all contract’s information and click "finish" button.
12. Now you will have to select the “Upload Attachments” options located below in the “Actions” category.
13. In the next page, you can upload the required documents and click on “Save Changes” button.
14. Now select the “Contracts under process” menu. Please click on the “Send to Review” option to the corresponding contract which is located below in the “Action” category and click on “Send for verification” button.
15. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
16. After verification process, the contract will appear on “contracts ready for pay” menu. Choose the contract and click on “Pay” button.
17. Now you have to make payment through debit or credit card as applicable. Then enter the required billing address and click on “Pay Now” button.
18. After completing the payment, you now have an authenticated contract and approved by the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs.
19. Now download and print the authenticated contract.

Instructions

• The e-contract multilingual system allows companies to create new work contracts for employees, by entering the contract details online and printing it.
• Electronic contracts can be authenticated in a printed form through the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA), represented by the Labour Relations Department in any of the Government Services Complexes branches.
• The employment contract should be written and authenticated by the Ministry, executed in three copies: one for the employee, one for the company, and one for the Ministry.
