Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To cancel business event license, applicant has to visit the National Tourism Council (NTC) office.

3. Applicant has to visit the National Tourism Council and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in theNational Tourism Council (NTC) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, business event license is cancelled.

Eligibility

• Applicant must be listed as either owner, partner or authorized signatory on the commercial registration.
• Applicants who have valid Qatar ID card are eligible to apply.
• Applicants who have valid commercial registration are eligible to apply.
• Commercial permit and establishment ID must be valid for at least one day on the day of application submission.

• A fees of QR500/- applies for this services.
