Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Security Services Company Commercial License, the applicant has to visit Establishments and Authorities Security Department at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) offices to make the application. 2. Here you will be issued with a Security Services Company Licensing Form to fill and submit. The application form can be also obtained from the MOI Website or can be accessed using the following link: Security Services Company Licensing Form and filled before you visit the Establishments and Authorities Security Department offices.
3. Fill in all the required information correctly, print the completed form, and then attach the required documents. The documents are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Proceed to make payment for registration using a debit or credit card then submit the application form, required documents and payment receipt to the Establishments and Authorities Security Department officials.
5. The Establishments and Authorities Security Department officials will go through the application to determine if everything is in order. If everything is in order your application will be approved.
6. The processing time is usually for five days. However, the processing time may vary depending on the accuracy of the information you gave in your application form
7. Once the processing is complete the applicant will be notified and issued with a Commercial License to offer Security Services.

3. Copy of personal identification document of partners, applicant and authorized signatories.
