Procedure

• This service enables individuals to submit a request to the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to take advantage of the parking lots allocated for persons with disabilities and get permits for such parking spaces.
  

Apply Online

1. One can make an application for a Parking Permit for Persons with Disabilities online.
2. The first step is to log in with your smartcard to the e-services portal of the Ministry of Interior (MOI) by clicking on the MOI Services tab and selection the E-services option.
3. If you do not have an account with the MOI e-portal, you have to register for the services using your smart card.
4. Once logged in select “Traffic Services” on the dashboard then click on the “Disability Parking”.
5. This will take you to the next page where you can submit the permit request for yourself or a relative by entering his/her QID number and fill in all the required information then click on the “Submit” button.
6. This will take you to the next page where you are to attach the medical test result and medical certificate.
7. After that review the information which you provided. If everything is okay click on the “Confirm Submission” button to submit the application.
8. A confirmation SMS will be sent to the applicant confirming the application. Once the application is processed the applicant will be notified through his/her MOI e-services portal and SMS to collect their parking permit for persons with disabilities.

Note:

• You can make this application for a relative who is a person with a disability by entering his/ her QID
• In case of rejection of the application the applicant can resubmit the application.
