Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a certificate of Occurrence of a theft incidence in Qatar, the applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Public Security Department offices at Ministry of interior offices to make the application

3. Here the applicant will be issued with an application form to fill by the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with the necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Now submit the application form, required documents to the respective officer in the public security department office.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, the processing of the certificate of occurrence of theft will commence.
9. The applicant will be later notified to collect the Theft incidence certificate after a period of three to five days.
