Apply In-Person
- To apply for a certificate of Occurrence of a theft incidence in Qatar, the applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Public Security Department offices at Ministry of interior offices to make the application

- Here the applicant will be issued with an application form to fill by the respective officer.
- Now complete the form with the necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
- Now submit the application form, required documents to the respective officer in the public security department office.
- Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
- After the verification process, the processing of the certificate of occurrence of theft will commence.
- The applicant will be later notified to collect the Theft incidence certificate after a period of three to five days.
