Procedure

• Qatar University- (QU) students may request a certificate of enrollment from the Registration Department which formally states their enrollment situation from being regular, on leave of absence, or withdrawed from a semester.
• It may also include your final examination dates at Qatar University if requested.

Apply Online

1. To apply for a To Whom It May Concern certificate to prove enrollment in Qatar University the applicant has to visit the Qatar University Online Portal to make the application.
2. If you do not have an account with the Qatar University e-portal, you have to register for the services.
3. Once logged in; Select "Student Registrations and Records" option then "Registration"
4. Click on the "Request Enrollment Verification" link.
5. Select a term, type of verification, and the number of copies.
6. Continue to the submission page and click “Submit Request” button.
7. Once the processing is done you will be notified to collect the To Whom It May Concern certificate to prove Enrollment in Qatar University after a period of three to five days.
8. Please attend in person to the Admission and Registration Building to pick up your documents.

• To check the status of your enrollment verification request, repeat the first three steps mentioned above and then:

1. Select the “Status of Enrollment Verification Requests” link
2. Select the date of your request from the drop-down box; then click ‘’Submit’’, and the status report will appear.
