Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for lot division, you should visit the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office in your region, please view the contact details and location maps of the municipalities through this link: Link
2. In case of a private title deed, obtain an official letter form the Real estate registration department requesting the division and if the title deed is limited to a county, obtain an official letter from the Lands and Survey Department requesting of the some
3. Prepare a certified copy of the lot plan clarifying the land design and coordinates and the rest of the supporting documents and attach them to the official letter in a single fill
4. Submit the compete request to the Urban planning section of the municipality of your region at the Urban planning department in case the title deed is limited to a county or to the Real estate registration department in case of a private land title at the Customer Service Counter
5. The customer service officer will verify your application and guide you to pay the application fee accordingly
6. Pay the recommend fee and obtain the payment receipt
7. The application will forwarded to the relevant authority, who will conduct a necessary survey on the mentioned lot and divide it as you have required in the division proposal and prepare the property documents which will be issued to you
