Procedure

Apply Online

1. To apply for katara photography, videography permission, visit the following link: Apply Online
2. Now complete the form with necessary information. Please enter your name, job, company name, ID number, telephone number, mobile number, Email ID, uses of shooting, location details and escorts in the appropriate field. Then select the shooting type, shooting date from, shooting date to, purpose of shooting and shooting location from the dropdown menu. Select the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox and click on the “Submit” button.
3. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
4. After verification process, you will receive an Email or SMS with the katara photography videography permit to your registered Email ID or mobile number.

Instructions

• Photography videography permit is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
• According to the law, taken photos or videos are not using for advertising, commercial or models, is strictly forbidden.
• Applicant is bound by this permit to provide a copy of the pictured or filmed material to Katara management, which in turn shall not give this material to any other entity.
• Applicant can apply online to get the permission at least one working day before the date of shooting.

Need for the Document

• After obtaining a permit only, visitors will be allowed to take photos or videos in The Cultural Village Foundation – Katara.
