ProcedureEdit

  • Qatari civil pensioners may submit requests for pensioners’ cards online through registration on the Ministry of Administrative Development Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) website.

Apply Online

  1. Civil Pensioners can make an application for a civil pensioner’s card online by visiting the Ministry of Administrative Development Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) website to make the application. You can visit the website through the following link
  2. Once on the homepage , you should navigate to the “Services” option and click on the “E-Services & E-forms” link.
  3. Navigate to the search box and search for “Issuance of civil pensioner cards”. Click on the Issuance of civil pensioner cards link to go to the next page.
  4. On the next page click on the “Apply” button to move to the online application form
  5. Once in the application form page fill in the required information. Here you will be required to do the following.
    • Enter your QID number and date of birth.
    • Add mobile number and P.O.Box
  6. Once done, attach your personal passport photo and QID Copy then click on the “Submit Request ” button to send the request.
  7. The authorities will verify your request and validate the submitted information.
  8. After verification process, the civil pension card will be processed. The applicant will be later requested to collect civil pensioners card on a specified date. This usually takes two to three days.


Apply In-Person

  1. Civil Pensioners can make an application for a civil pensioner’s card in person by making an application with the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA). This can be done by visiting the MADLSA Headquarters and approaching the Human resource department. The contact information of the MADLSA Headquarters can be found in the “Office location and Contacts” section of this page.
  2. Visit the human resource department and make a request for the civil pensioner card. Here the authorities will ask you to provide some required information and documents so as to process the civil pensioners card .
  3. Provide the required information and documents to the authorities . These documents include:-
    • QID card copy
    • Passport photo copy
  4. The authorities will verify your request and validate the submitted document(s).
  5. After verification process, the civil pension card will be processed. The applicant will be later requested to collect the civil pensioners card on a specified date. This usually takes two to three days.

  • The civil pensioner card allows Civil pensioners to get the services provided by General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA).
