Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. Visit the embassy and obtain the visa application form from the reception of the embassy and fill it as required
2. Attach all the required documents mention in the required documents section below to application form and submit it to the consulate assisting officer for verification
3. The official will go through your visa application and if it correct you will be advised to pay the application fee according to the embassy protocol i.e. in cash or to the bank
4. Once you have paid, the consulate official will enter your information in the automated system for the visa processing
5. Upon completion of the process, the visa will be attached in your passport and issued to you.
   

NOTE: Confirm with the Qatar consulate/embassy in your region if you need to book an appoint for submitting your application because different consulate have different policies of receiving applications

Required Documents

• A valid passport not less than six months
• Two recent passport size photographs
• Three months bank statement showing a minimum balance of 1400 USD. Financially capable applicants known by the embassy, are exempted from this condition.

• This visa is only issued to the nationals of the four eligible countries and it is only valid for one month.
• The immediate tourist visa is non-extendable.
