Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for fish transport vehicle inspection certificate, applicant has to visit the Fish Resources Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at MME office
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the fish resources department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the fish transport vehicle and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
9. After the inspection, the applicant will be later requested to collect fish transport vehicle inspection certificate on a specified date.
