Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for fish loans, applicant has to visit the Assistant Undersecretary for Agricultural Affairs and Fisheries Office at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME).

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the assistant undersecretary for agricultural affairs and fisheries office in the MME. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, fish loan will be approved.

• Valid ship/boat registration certificate (issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications)
• Copy of ship/boat permit.
• Ship/boat entry and exit movement document, issued by the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security.

• Applicant who have ship/boat owner Qatar ID card are eligible to apply.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the assistant undersecretary for agricultural affairs and fisheries office in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to apply for fish loans.
• In case of rejection and not meeting the terms, the applicant is notified via SMS.
